Once the payment for a course or service (such as coaching or educational materials) is made, it is generally non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases, and we are committed to handling each request on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Before Start: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, you may be eligible for a refund of the paid fee, minus any administrative charges. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

Discontinuation After Start: If you decide to discontinue the course after it has started, refunds may not be applicable. However, we can offer partial refunds depending on the duration of the course attended and the services utilized. A formal request should be submitted in writing.

Exceptional Cases: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or genuine personal issues, we may consider a refund or transfer to a different course. Proper documentation or proof may be required.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Registration or Application Fees
- Fees for online or digital courses once accessed or downloaded
- Payment for study materials, books, and any physical goods once delivered
- Hostel and Mess fees (except for pre-agreed exceptions)

6. Cancellation of Services by Shivaay Gurukul
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund for the unused portion of the service or transfer the fees to an alternate course or date. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.
