• Discontinuation After Start: If you decide to discontinue the course after it has started, refunds may not be applicable. However, we can offer partial refunds depending on the duration of the course attended and the services utilized. A formal request should be submitted in writing.

• Exceptional Cases: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or genuine personal issues, we may consider a refund or transfer to a different course. Proper documentation or proof may be required.

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

• Hostel and Mess fees (except for pre-agreed exceptions)
